In the present day, Emma looks happy and sees Mary Margaret holding her baby boy as she prepares for the upcoming coronation even though they haven’t named him yet. Emma remembers she knows how to break a lock by using two spoons, and it works. Later on, Charming catches Snow in the rope trap, although the timeline of their introduction is thrown off, until Hook shows up to say that another woman has his ring. Seconds later, both Emma and Hook land in the Enchanted Forest. It turns out that, while going through the portal, Emma was thinking of her parents’ first meeting, which is how and where they ended up. Emma returns home and gives them a big hug and calls them mom and dad for the second time. Mary Margaret and David learn from Henry’s book that Leia was in fact Emma, and they congratulate their daughter on now officially being one of them: A “fairytale princess”. In the Emerald City of Oz, Zelena watches Rumpelstiltskin train Regina through the portal, as she plots her scheme to destroy her half-sister. Glinda then arrives to tell Zelena about her true destiny, and wants her to meet her real sisters, who then offer her a chance to become the Witch of the West after she is introduced. As David Nolan, Mary Margaret, Emma Swan, and Henry Mills arrive at the hospital for the delivery of the baby, Dr. Whale is there and ready to prep. Emma and Regina then put a protection spell around the hospital to keep Zelena away. When the rider arrives, the hood is pulled off and it’s Belle, who’s ready to tell Regina, Snow, Charming, Phillip, and Aurora about what happened to Baelfire after he brought Rumpelstiltskin back from the dead. In the years before the first curse, a young bar girl named Cora is swept off her feet by a gentleman named Jonathan, who tells her that he is a prince. He makes an “I promise you the world”-type vow that he will come back in two weeks with a ring of gold, and proves it by giving Cora a ring he made out of straw. In the present day at the Mayor’s home, Zelena has come up with a way to distract Regina, first by offering her green apples, then initiating an argument between them. It appears that Zelena’s plan has worked because Zelena has used the distraction to track down Regina’s heart, and has Gold serve as her tracker, leading him to Robin Hood. In the Enchanted Forest, a knight stands in the road blocking two other knights from passing and demands that they leave the treasure. The knights do not take him seriously but all of a sudden, flaming arrows light up all around the 2 knights and they retreat. In David and Mary Margaret’s loft, Emma Swan helps David put a crib together, and Regina puts a protection spell over the loft to block out Zelena. Emma tells Regina she wants her to teach her magic so they can defeat Zelena. David then offers to watch Henry, but Emma says Henry doesn’t think they’re fun, as he thinks Hook is better to be around with.
