It Burns When I Pee Episode #0071 “IBWIP 5th Annual Halloween Special”

In this episode we celebrate Halloween the way IBWIP has for years, evil music and great laughs. In this episode we play music from The Honky Tonk Hustlas, The Goddamn Gallows, The Dirt Daubers, Heinrich XII and The Devilgrass Pickers, The Misfits, and Those Poor Bastards. Of course we get things going with The Moster Mash.

We also celebrate Amish BJ’s 2 year anniversary of being the co-host on the show. He has occupied his dirty still longer than any other co-host. We were lucky enough to have almost 30 VM’s from listeners spread throughout the show honoring him. Congrats to BJ and thank you for all your efforts over the past 2 years.

Now for the guts of the show, Blake plays Pat Sajak and BJ and Coldbeer go head to head in some Halloween trivia. Thankfully Coldbeer get the easiest of the questions right! We also get a call from our kidnapped cock Peter. In the 2nd segment we “touch” on the Hulk Hogan sex tape. We remind listeners about EP16 and Bubba the Love Sponge’s review of IBWIP. We grade the Hulkster’s package and decide that Heather Clem is a dirty whore. To get more listeners Blake offers up him and Mollz’s sex tapes, BJ admits he would let Stone Cold Steve Austin sleep with Coldbeer, and Blake offers up Mollz to the great Hacksaw Jim Duggan.

We wrap it up with a rundown of the busy IBWIP schedule including interview episodes Munly Jay Munly, Adam Lee & The Dead Horse Sound Company, T. Junior, and Carrie Nation and the Speakeasy. Unfortunately, Blake gets a little crazy with his sound effects and things kinda go a rye.

Well another year has passed here in the dirty stalls of IBWIP. In this special extended addition of IBWIP we have a ton of great music and special guests to help us celebrate our 50th episode. Amish BJ takes his normal seat as Blake’s right hand man but really did a lot of extra stuff to make this episode special and I want to give a big shout out to him and thank him right off the bat. During the show we also have some awesome people sit down with us and share the mic. Sean Phillips from What Would Sean Do, Jashie P from Outlaw Radio Chicago and Last False Hope, as well as a very special sit in by the one and only Uncle Bubba. Yes, folks that is right, Uncle Bubba is back and him and Amish B.J really kick Blake’s ass throughout the show! We were also honored to have Professor KAK come in and give us an educated look at IBWIP and it’s effect on modern culture. This segment with Professor KAK actually lead to the name of the episode being changed to it’s current title “4 Years of Making People Poo”.

To even begin to describe what all is in EP50 would take way too long to type (and I am one lazy S.O.B). It would also ruin all the surprises! We can tell you though that The Christy Boys make an appearance; Uncle Bubba, Amish BJ, and Blake become prophets; Sean tells us why his job kicks ass; and Jashie P gives us some breaking news! We also give listeners all the details on Cocker’s cousin Peter and how to have him come to visit your town!

Put what matters the most (as it always has for 4 long years) is the music and we play a ton of it. More songs than I think that we have ever played on an episode of IBWIP. We spin new music from Slackeye Slim, Curst Sons, Rachel Brooke, The Honky Tonk Hustlas. Along with songs from The Blind Staggers, Whiskey Clan, The Wild Boars, The Glass Child, Old Sleeper, Those Darlins, Possessed by Paul James, and Aran Buzzas. I mean seriously folks, if we played anymore music you’d have to punch your dog!

So thank you to all our new listeners as well as our long time faithful followers. Without you guys (and three girls) we wouldn’t keep coming back to bring you the gospel. All we ask is that you enjoy the banter, the music, and tell at least 10 friends about the new episode. I can’t believe it’s been one year that we have been doing IBWIP. It’s been an interesting ride since our first episode featuring Joey Allcorn. All I can say is; THANK YOU! Without you the fans, the show wouldn’t be what it is today. So here we go with Episode 15 featuring an interview with Wayne Gottstine from Split Lip Rayfield. We also have the final installment of Billy’s Lessons to put a smile on your face. The show comes to you straight from the NEW Get Your Hank On Studio! That’s right; a bittersweet anniversary show where we celebrate one year of IBWIP and morn the loss of something so much more important. Listen close and don’t push STOP till the end.
