It Burns When I Pee Episode #0084 “I DON’T LIKE IT”

All I can say is this episode is RADIO GOLD! I have never been so excited to release a show before. So let’s get down to it… First the music, of course this is our Valentine’s Day special so all the songs are about love gone wrong. We play Rachel Brooke, The Pine Box Boys, Hank III, Graham Lindsay, Those Poor Bastards, and Scott H. Biram.

The start of the show is pretty touch and go. Blake runs the risk of crapping his pants. We get an email from Holly who obviously has never EVER listened to the show. We welcome Hobo Hiatus and his wife Tawny K from Trailer Park Romance to the show to take on Amish Beej’s and Coldbeer in a fun loving game of “How Well Do You Know Your Partner”. It was a #hilarious game where we find out about Beej’s mom’s waterbed, Tawny K needs to dumb it down of us, and that Coldbeer doesn’t listen to Beej at all.

We also discuss dead wrestlers, Coldbeer’s grandma doesn’t yell on Facebook, and finally… BLAKE IS FAT! This is where the show goes into overdrive… Blake and Mollz join a gym but Blake rebels. Beej offers an alternative work out for Blake and Mollz finally comes down the stairs and kicks Blake’s ass!

In EP84 we welcome our REAL sponsor Piss Poor Washboards to the IBWIP family. Also get your order in right now for the new 1 Year Anniversary of SilentStormRadio.com T-shirt. You can also order the new IBWIP patches. Thanks as always for your support.

The White Trash Revival Episode #0093

This here episode is The Country Heroes episode. The song “Country Heroes” by Hank III is responsible for making me fall in love with country music. Growing up I was force fed country music (amongst other things) when I didn’t want to hear it being a skater punk and all. So well into my adulthood while drunk off cheap beer I heard that song and its been a torrid love affair ever since. On this episode we will have Hank 3, George Jones, David Allen Coe, Hank Sr, Johnny Cash, and Waylon Jennings.

The White Trash Revival
Episode #0037

Remember the time when old man Finnery wanted you to come in his house to show you something, but you remembered your mom said to stay away from that weirdo.  Then old man Finnery said he’d give you a dollar to come inside and so you did; well that made you a whore like your mother that told you to stay away from that weirdo.   WOW I do not know where that came from…  Anyways,  Episode 37 is gonna kick your ass like cousin Becky did that time you pee’d in her mouth.   We got an interview with Detroit’s own JUNK.  He is a great songwriter, a great singer, and a pretty darn good artist.   Rumor has it that Junk keeps a typewriter in his freezer and I forgot to ask him that.   On this show, we have music by The Goddamn Gallows, Chicken Shift, Richard March, Shand Walton and the All Amigos Club, Black Death All Stars, The Murder Grass Boys, Jinx Jones, Cal Veale, Wolfboy Slim and his Dirty Feets, The Ju Ju Beans, Sugarcane Stringband, Kensington Hillbillies, Hank III, St Frankie Lee, Evil Farm Children, and Squalor N Sloth.   There will also be a surprise guest phoning in to the show and I hate surprises.  Last time I got a surprise, I couldn’t walk right for a week.   Kyle Turley will once again be on the show to talk about the tour with Hank and talk about his new album.

Bootleg Asylum Radio Show Episode #0039 (07/10/2009)

Bootleg Asylum Radio Show
Episode #0039 (07/10/2009)

“Texas Is Its Own Country’s Country”

This weeks bootleg set was recorded on 6/21/2009 by Mike Kerr at the Sportsman’s Tavern in Buffalo, NY featuring “Lucky Tubb and the Modern Day Troubadours“. Lucky Tubb, who currently is opening for Hank III & Assjack, is the great nephew of the legendary honky tonk singer, Ernest Tubb. Ernest was one of the biggest stars in country music history who amassed no fewer than 82 hits between 1944 and 1979. Poor ol’ Lucky is going to enjoy about 82 hits fewer than that, not because he’s bad, in fact he’s good, very good, but he suffers from the modern day syndrome of being too country. Let’s be honest, his Uncle Ernie would be laughed out of Nashville nowadays with his chiseled looks and un-CMT vocals delivery. Lucky Tubb is very much his own man. He’s lived a troublesome life and has his own story to tell. He’s toured as opening act for Dwight Yoakam, Ray Price and Hank III but on this listening, I think he’s gonna be the headliner pretty soon.

Artists on this weeks Bootleg Asylum Radio Show include: Wicked Society, Pegazus, Graham Greene, Romancing The Devil, Scarlet Sins, Southern Spirit, Automan.ca, Angry Hank, Fanny Adams, Texas Rifles, Frank Zappa, Jimi Hendrix, and more.

From now on the Bootleg Asylum Radio Show, Onemorename will be mostly taken all requests from you! If needed, I will fill in some of the requests. Send all requests to my email (Howard@section86.com) or Myspace Page in a comment/message during the week and I will play all requests!

“Voices Of Unholy Sorrow & Strings Of Ancient Melodys”

This weeks Bootleg will be 40 minutes from a vintage Black Sabbath set.  Recorded in 1975 at the Convention Hall in Asbury Park, NJ., this show featured songs from their Sabotage album.  Also I play 3 song blocks of music. One set from the newest Melvins album “Nude With Boots”. The second set is from a vintage Bon Scott era AC/DC, recorded in 1979 in Holland. The final set is from a never released Hank III album that Curb Records won’t give up rights to called “This Ain’t Country”.

Other artists on this weeks Bootleg Asylum Radio Show include: Kill Van Kull, The Answer, Inquisition, Arson Anthem, Red River Revival, and more.
