IBWIP Episode #0202 “A Grandma Heavy Night”

In this episode Locks Of Love Jason, Blake, Vitamin D, and Intern Heather gather around the table at IBWIP Studio and get down to business. Blake talks about his new job and how it is probably going to kill him and Heather goes off on Ol Justin Chambers about his song subject that we played on EP199. We try to give him some constructive thoughts that will guide him in his future music career.

We play “Punch It Up” if only for the intro music and Jason confesses to crying when David Letterman had his last show and somehow Dustin comes up with a Swedish accent. We read some fan feedback which includes Heather getting a roommate and Dustin confirming how to get his attention. And finally we have a special guest joining us on this episode. Chef Nigel Wellington comes on the show to discuss why he hates Gordon Ramsy and gives some cooking show ideas of his own.

We are so glad to be able to release this episode. In the past couple months we have hung out with our featured artist Billy Cook and have gotten to get to know him better. In the interview we discuss Billy’s time playing with Bob Wayne as well as .357 String Band. We also discuss his solo album, “Left To Remember”, as well as his recent tours with Graham Lindsey and The Calamity Cubes. Everything from his song writing process, his tree tattoo, and his high school band “SHIT” is covered as well. Come join us and get to know Billy Cook like you never have before.

In this episode we welcome back Mute Jacob to the show. He hasn’t appeared since EP127 in March 2014. We also have Whiskey Chaser back on the program as well. We feature music by Rob Baird & The Whiskey Reunion, Bob Wayne, and Cletus Got Shot.

Jason updates us on his online dating and talks about cutting his nipple. This ignites a discussion about manscaping in which you find out ALOT about the guys and their grooming habits. In the IBWIP News Bulletin segment we talk about a kid who screams at a street preacher and a teacher who goes to class drunk and half naked.

We introduce “Terry’s Top Rope Travels” to the show line up. The famous (former wrestler) travels to one of the fall hot spots in the U.S.A. Finally Chase, Jason, and Jacob play a friendly game of Fact or Crap.

I know we say this alot, but this truly is one of the best interviews we have had in a long time here at IBWIP.  We were lucky enough to sit down face to face with Bob Wayne when he was coming through Pekin during his latest tour. Bob has tons of great”road” stories and he shares a few in this interview. Hear Bob talk about his new album “Back To The Camper” which is due out on April 21st. We also talk about touring overseas, Red Simpson, movies, and of course the beard. Bob tells stories about some of the out of control shows he has played and also about playing a show with a naked stripper in his face. We also had fans submit some questions for Bob and our fans didn’t let us down. Find out who Bob would kill in a zombie apocalypse, which is his favorite lube, and if he has ever shit his pants on the road. This is a DON’T MISS interview. It Burns When I Pee Episode #0061 “Where Are My Keys”

Here it is folks… we are bringing you the IBWIP 5 Year Anniversary episode, “Where Are My Keys”. Blake, Amish BJ, and Coldbeer bring you one of the most memorable shows all time. This is the first episode EVER that have the three hosts all in the same room. Face to face with no Skype. Add in a live studio audience and it’s obvious that this is one hell of a party.

After 5 long years and many cancellations, we finally feature an interview with Shelton Hank Williams III. In the interview, we talk about why he is touring with no opening band, why he released 4 albums on the same day, and some of his recent collaborations with Bob Wayne, Marty Stuart, and Ray Lawrence Jr.

We don’t stop there. We also feature music from our new brother Lone Wolf, as well as Husky Burnette, Sean K. Preston, Burlap Wolf King, Los Bastardos Magnificos, Robert Mitchell, and Bob Wayne.

This show is filled with tons of great laughs as well. We answer a question from a fan’s voice-mail, some questions from our live studio audience, and even hired a narrator to help the fans get a better perspective of this crazy live event. We do our segment “Stupid People Doing Stupid Things” which we have the Pennsylvania State Police to thank for. Coldbeer gets drunk on moonshine cherries and Amish BJ discusses his love affair with a goat. We also announce 2 new shows on the Silent Storm Radio line up which we are very honored to be part of.

I remember my freshmen year at Ohio State when I didn’t have any money so I started working the night shift at the truckstop. Going to class all day and working all night, I couldn’t get no sleep and my grades started to diminish so I did what any good matured teenager would do; I acquired a nasty crystal meth habit. With meth, who needed to sleep? But after a while my truckstop pay wasn’t cutting it. So to get extra income, I worked the interstate as a lot lizard and wow did the money come rolling in. Man those were the days… So on this episode, I dedicate to all you truckers out there especially those of you that fed my meth habit and blazed my back with hot juicy 6 ropers. I know I told y’all that I was through doing the show, but the opportunity to work with Amish BJ and Chris Miller and talk about our new GVTL game was too awesome to pass up. So I pulled out the old podcasting equipment and pressed record. Now your probably wondering, “What the hell is GVTL?” You’ll just have to listen to find out! Make sure that you have a pen and paper because your going to want to follow along (or start composing your complaint letter). Normally I give alot more detail in our show notes but I dont want to spoil any of the laughs.
