The Song: Inside and Out Episode #0015 “Sky Cracked A Smile”

We are so glad to have our friend Alex Salcido (of The Harmed Brothers) on this episode. In the interview we talk a little about Alex’s childhood, discovering music, and his early years as a songwriter. We talk about how comedy and songwriting have a lot in common (HEY NONG MAN) as well as his process in bringing songs to The Harmed Brothers. Of course we dive into his song “Sky Cracked A Smile” off of the band’s latest album “Better Days”. Alex discusses what inspired the song, his view on where we go when we die, and also shares some advice to young songwriters.

Don’t forget if there is an artist who has a song you want to hear about “Inside & Out” just email us at thesonginsideandout@yahoo.com.
